PURPOSE: A sole of anti-skid footwear is provided, which can prevent slip effectively regardless of the shape of the surface. CONSTITUTION: A sole of anti-skid footwear comprises: a friction protrusion(120) which is perpendicularly projected from the floor side of the sole of footwear(110); a concave part(122) which is depressed and formed in the bottom surface center of the friction protrusion; a joint groove which is formed in the center of the concave part; a binding rod(142) which is separably fixed and coupled in the joint groove; and a holder(144) which is combined with the end part of the binding rod and fixes the friction protrusion.
