The device permits providing instantaneous unlocking system on the buckle in event of emergency, and permits providing a wireless communication system for transmitting instructions of unlocking and/or electronic system configuration to the seat. The device permits providing a data transmission system on a bidirectional serial bus for transmitting the instructions of unlocking and/or electronic system configuration and information on complete status of the buckle in a controlled environment. The device permits providing a signaling system for ensuring improved visualization of the buckle status for a third person irrespective to the illumination of the location of the holding system. The device permits providing an identification system for identifying an access limited to the responsible person and/or secure system of the holding system in order to interact with the buckle in a controlled manner. The device permits providing a detection system for reporting repetitive manipulations and/or abnormal of the buckle.
