PURPOSE: An extracting and abstracting device using steam vapor is provided to remove impurities using a filter and to control the concentration of content by controlling the temperature and pressure of the device. CONSTITUTION: An extracting and abstracting device using steam vapor comprises a vapor source, an extractor(1), a reflux condenser(2), an agitating/concentrating part(3) and a steam condenser(4). The vapor source is communicated with the steam supply pipe. The extractor extracts specific component by heating the supplied row material. The reflux condenser receives a vaporized specific component and feeds to the extractor again after condensing the vaporized specific component. The agitating/concentrating part receives the two kinds of extracted specific components and mixes together using a stirring member.
