CONSTITUTION: A mat comprises: a ventilation fan(30) which locates in one side of the top side of the mat element which is settled in the surface; an airflow element which is connected to the branch sphere connected to the blow hole of the ventilation fan, allows air to flow and is connected by a flexible tube; and an underlay element(70) which is placed on the upper side of the airflow element and is equipped with a plurality of through-holes to enable air flowing through the airflow pipe to spout to the top.
