PURPOSE: A high speed rf signal switching device is provided to include switch unit switching a transceiving path of a RF signal by the switch control unit and the switching control signal, thereby performing switching of the RF signal of high power in high speed. CONSTITUTION: A switch control unit(10) receives AC(Alternating Current) voltage of predetermined level. The switch control unit outputs a switching control signal of transceiving state. A switching unit(20) receives the switching control signal. The switch unit switches a transmitting path or a receiving path of a RF signal in order to form transmitting path of RF(Radio Frequency) signal to an antenna from a transmitting module or form receiving path of RF signal to receiving module from the antenna.
