PURPOSE: A planar element is provided to improve bonding strength of a substrate by using a polymer material which has a high elongation value and a low tensile elasticity modulus. CONSTITUTION: A self-adhesive plane device comprises a heating layer(10) and a contact layer(20). The heating layer is contacted with a one among both sides of the contact layer. The heating layer is made of a first polymer material which is intrinsically heatable. The contact layer is made of an electric conductive second polymer material. The first polymer material and the second polymer material is a polymer material based on elastomer and/or plastic polymer. |
