PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling a computer are provided to enable a user to converts the television into a computer screen. CONSTITUTION: A first graphic device a computer(110) is connected to a first monitor device. If a random program is performed by a user, a first video signal is outputted to the first graphic device. A first sound signal is outputted to a first sound device. A host device(120) processes a second image signal and a second sound signal occurred from a computer through a second graphic device and a second sound device.
