The barge is equipped with a beam (3) connected to a floating module (1), where the module transmits oscillations of the swell. A cylinder (4) inside the barge receives the swell oscillations. The cylinder supplies pressurized oil to a hydraulic motor. The motor is coupled to an alternator to produce electricity.</p>
