PURPOSE: A construction method for a collecting well is provided to easily and accurately perform an after work by directly eliminating water after a collecting well is bored. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a collecting well is as follows. The ground is excavated, and a collecting well body(10) is buried. Anchors are installed around the collecting well body. A collecting water pipe(20) is installed by forming a boring hole. A valve assembly(A) is installed by coupling the anchors to anchor coupling holes of the valve assembly. A through hole is formed in the valve assembly to be connected to the boring hole.
