FIN STRUCTURE OF EVAPORATOR

PURPOSE: A fin structure of an evaporator is provided to increase the heat exchange efficiency by making air flow smooth by effectively discharging or eliminating the condensed water. CONSTITUTION: A fin(50) of an evaporator is formed in a thin wave form between a number of tubes(31,32) forming the flow channel of the inner circulating fluid of a heat exchanger to expand the area heat-exchanged with the outdoor air and comprises a number of louvers(40). The louver is formed on each slope forming a wave form in a scale shape and makes a given tilt angle. The fin comprises at least one bent part(80). The bent part is formed on the center of the end of the air intake on the slope so that the air flow is guided to the wave form of the fin. Cut parts are formed perpendicularly to the flow direction of the air on both ends of the wave form and a part of the wave form is press-molded to the inner side along the cut part and one or more offsets(60) bent to the inner side are formed.
