The case has an elongated outer envelope whose lower part is buried in the ground. A crown is provided at the top of the envelope. The crown has a base that is provided with a passage opening that allows passage of an elongated protective tank (3). The crown and an outer surface of the protective tank are conformed for assuring guiding of the protective tank along a longitudinal direction (X) during extraction of the protective tank from the envelope and/or introducing of the protective tank in the envelope.
