PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing apple juice is provided to effectively remove pesticide residues and to minimize nutrient destruction at a low temperature by minimizing contact time between air and apple and using an antioxidant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing apple juice comprises the following steps: selecting collected applies by removing rotten parts using a knife; putting the selected apples into an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and cleaning the apples; putting the apple juice with vitamin C into a low temperature sterilizer and sterilizing the apple juice using hot steam; sterilizing the apple juice in an electronic furnace of 80°C; and packing the sterilized apple juice.
