PURPOSE: An earplug for sleep and alarm system and method using the same are provided, which prevent effect of an alarm from being decreased while allowing sound sleep for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: An alarm system using an earplug for sleep comprises: an alarm setting apparatus(150) transmitting a radio frequency signal; and an earplug(100) for sleep which is inserted into the ear and outputs an alarm sound according to the radio frequency signal. The alarm setting apparatus includes: a set button part(151) in which the alarm time is input; a first RF module(155) outputting a radio frequency signal; and a controller(152) transmitting the radio frequency signal through the first RF module.
