PURPOSE: A producing method of a temperature control type polymer masterbatch, and a core-sheath type composite fiber manufactured thereby are provided to prevent the thermal transformation or the pyrolysis of a core component when conjugated spinning the masterbatch. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a temperature control type polymer masterbatch comprises the following steps: inserting a phase change material to a tub filled with water, and heating the phase change material to liquefy the material; and adding a polyolefin-based polymer to the phase change material, and stirring to absorb the phase change material to the polyolefin-based polymer.
