PURPOSE: A cleaning device for a transfer pipe of a waste vacuum-transferring and collecting system is provided to smoothly transfer garbage inside a transfer pipe by preventing sludge from remaining inside the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device(1) for a transfer pipe of a waste vacuum-transferring and collecting system comprises a through-hole(11), inclines(15,16), and a recessed groove(14). The through-hole is formed into a cylindrical shape on a central part along the longitudinal direction. The incline is formed on the front and rear ends of a cylinder shape along the circumferential surface thereof. The recessed groove is formed at regular intervals along the outer circumference of the cylindrical shape except for the front and rear end inclines.
