LITHIUM BATTERY WITH PROTECTING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A lithium battery capable of installing a protective circuit on a spacer-electric substrate is provided to minimize the size of the lithium battery by installing the protective circuit with the reduced size inside the battery. CONSTITUTION: A lithium battery including a protective circuit, storing components of a Li/SOCl2 battery inside a cylindrical case(1) comprises the following: a header(3) installed on the upper side of the cylindrical case, including a positive electrode pin(5) protruded on the center; a spacer-electric substrate(7) installed on the upper side of the header, including the protective circuit; a cap terminal(9) installed on the upper side of the spacer-electric substrate; and a fuse installed on the spacer-electric substrate.
