PURPOSE: A reinforced retaining wall with an integrated mesh frame and a construction method thereof are provided to cost-efficiently and stably reinforce the retaining wall and to form an environmental-friendly reinforced body. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced retaining wall with an integrated mesh frame comprises reinforcing members(100) mesh frames(200), soil layers, and vegetation sheets(300). The reinforcing members are horizontally arranged The mesh frames are placed on the top of the reinforcing members. The soil layers are formed from the top of the reinforcing members to the top end of the mesh frames and are hardened. The vegetation sheets are formed between the mesh frames and the soil layers.
