PURPOSE: A fuel-saving combustion device is provided to reduce the fuel consumption by using fuel and water mixed through high-pressure atomization. CONSTITUTION: A fuel-saving combustion device comprises a fuel tank(110), a water tank(120), a pressure generator, a nozzle mixer(140), a fuel supply unit, a mixed fuel jetting unit, a combustor(170), and an igniter(180). The fuel tank stores fossil fuel. The pressure generator creates specified pressure inside the fuel tank and the water tank by supplying pneumatic pressure into the tanks. The nozzle mixer mixes the fuel and water provided with the pressure of the tanks by atomizing the fuel and water. The fuel supply unit supplies the fuel and water to the nozzle mixer. The mixed fuel jetting unit sprays the atomized mixed fuel and water with the pneumatic pressure. The combustor burns the atomized fuel sprayed from the mixed fuel jetting unit. The igniter lights the mixed fuel sprayed from the nozzle mixer.
