PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to facilitate the discharge of the condensed water by a drain member formed between an insulating member and a lower header tank in a pillar type or grid structure and by a separated space utilized as a drain channel or by a drain hole formed on the insulating member. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle is composed of an air conditioning case, an evaporator(300), an insulating member(150), and a heater core. The evaporator is installed in the air conditioning case and comprises an upper header tank(310), a lower header tank(320), a tube(350) and a fin(360). The insulating member is located between the lower header tank and the air conditioning case. The heater core is arranged in the air conditioning case. The insulating member covers the bottom and the side of the lower header tank and a drainage channel for discharging the condensed water is formed between the insulating member and the lower header tank. The drain channel is extended to the drain portion of the air conditioning case in a downward air flow direction.
