MANUFACURING METHOD OF STRIP FOR METAL DOME HAVING ALUMINUM LAYER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin metal plate for a metal dome is provided to improve electric conductivity and corrosion resistance of a metal dome by forming an aluminum layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin metal plate for a metal dome includes a spring plate(33a) and a reinforcing layer(33b). A spring plate is made of metal materials. The reinforcing layer is laminated on the upper or lower side of the spring plate and is made of thin aluminum plate. The thickness of the reinforcing layer is 0.4 to 4.0 um. The spring plate and the reinforcing layer are bonded with a flush bonding and brazing.
