PURPOSE: A boiled fish paste made from loach is provided to contain a large amount of essential nutrients and to obtain superior functionality by including steamed loach paste without including bones, Chinese pepper powder, chives, or peppermint. CONSTITUTION: A boiled fish paste made from loach comprises 40 parts by weight of steamed loach paste without bones, 9.5 parts by weight of wheat flour, 4.0 parts by weight of soybean protein, 1.5 parts by weight of sugar, 0.2 parts by weight of D-Xylose, 0.1 parts by weight of potassium sorbate, 0.8 parts by weight of Chinese pepper powder, 2.0 parts by weight of chives, 1.0 part by weight of peppermint, and 39.6 parts by weight of water. |
