<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing off adhered materials from soft plastic wastes, using all of a recovered gas and a part of oiled materials as fuels for heating an apparatus, changing a dry distillation temperature on the basis of the combustion amount of the oiled materials, and recovering set amounts of the gas, the oiled materials and solid materials. <P>SOLUTION: A carrier 1 is used as a water tank for circulating water, and water-sealing sections are disposed in the water tank to prevent air from flowing in a dry-distillation tank 3. The soft plastic wastes are moved and washed with the flow of water. The gas is passed through water at a bottom portion interlocked with a water level changed with the gas pressure of an inner water tank 13 in which the gas is sealed. A double water tank for controlling the pressure of the gas in the inner water tank 13 to a set pressure with water overflowed from the set water level of an outer water tank 14 having an opened upper portion is used for a dry distilled gas pressure-adjusting device 15, a separation device 12, and a gas supply device 19 to give the used pressure and amount of the gas combustion apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
