<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism sheet which can attain reduction in thickness of an apparatus at a low cost and to provide a light source apparatus and a display apparatus which have the prism sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The prism sheet 1 has a transparent film 2 formed to a prism shape, a first transparent adhesive material 3 stuck on one surface of the transparent film 2 and a second transparent adhesive material 4 stuck on another surface of the transparent film 2. The transparent film 2 has the same refractive index as that of the first transparent adhesive material 3 and the second transparent adhesive material 4 has the refractive index higher than that of the transparent film 2 and that of the first transparent adhesive material 3. Since the refractive index of the transparent film 2 is the same as that of the first transparent adhesive material 3, a border face is formed between the transparent film 2 and the second transparent adhesive material 4.
