SOLUTION: On the basis of instructed and selected instruction positional information in a state that an electric pole selection request image is displayed on a display part 5 and instructed and selected instruction positional information in a state that a radius selection request screen is displayed at the display part 5, a control part 2 specifies the positional information of a selected representative electric pole and a selected aggregation range in relevant holding construction information extraction processing, and retrieves a wiring construction information database, and extracts the specifications information on construction during holding including the pertinent electric pole within the predetermined aggregation range.
