摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method capable of producing neuroprogenitor cells, and terminally differentiated neural cells from pluripotent stem cells (e.g. human stem cells), etc. <P>SOLUTION: The improved method for producing the neuroprogenitor cells and terminally differentiated neural cells (e.g. dopaminergic neural cells and serotoninergic neural cells) from the pluripotent stem cells (e.g. human embryonic stem cells) in a good efficiency is provided. By using the method, a cell population containing tyrosine hydroxylase (a specific marker of dopaminergic neural cells) positive cells in a high ratio is isolated.
