摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stabilizing a non-linear system, capable of estimating an internal phase angle of a generator from information available in a sub-station, and suppressing fluctuation in power by output of an optimal control gain, even if the variation of generator effective power enters a non-linear region due to an increase in the variation in generator phase angle. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus uses an estimated generator effective power output value, an estimated generater internal voltage value, an estimated generater frequency value, an estimated generator internal phase angle value, an estimated system voltage value and a system impedance as auxiliary input into a reactive power compensator so that variation in a phase angle after a fault can be maintained within a predetermined value, and operates a control amount of stabilization control on the basis of a strict linearizing method based on differential geometry. By doing this, even if the generator output enters a region indicating non-linear characteristics, a fluctuation suppressing effect is not reduced, and a generator phase angle and the fluctuation of sub-station voltage after a system fault can be promptly stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
