PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the glitch of a disconnection detecting function while suppressing heat generation without wastefully consuming electric power. SOLUTION: In a glitch preventing circuit 5, the glitch of the disconnection detecting function is prevented by making a comparison between a potential difference when a direction indicator lamp comprises LEDs 6a, 6b and a potential difference when the direction indicator lamp comprises incandescent bulbs, and adding the electric current of the difference value of the potential differences to a winker control unit 4. Thereby, since the glitch of the disconnection detecting function is suppressed not by applying electric current to a dummy element like a conventional direction indicator for a vehicle but by adding the minute potential difference to the winker control unit 4, the glitch of the disconnection detecting function can be suppressed while heat generation is suppressed without wastefully consuming electric power.
