<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a metal plate, capable of treating the metal plate without obstructing performances of each other between a plurality of treatment liquids, imparting a target function to the metal plate and demonstrating the effect of surface treatment to the maximum. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the surface treatment method of the metal plate, the surface treatment is executed by applying two or more treatment liquids to the surface of the metal plate using an inkjet printer including at least a nozzle for discharging the treatment liquid which contains metal ions and forms a rustproof film on the metal plate and a nozzle for discharging the treatment liquid which contains resin components and forms a resin film on the metal plate.
