PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulating structure of a foundation concrete and a method of repairing the external heat insulating structure allowing termiteproof repair to prevent termite damage by forming a termiteproof surface on the external heat insulating portion of an existing foundation concrete having no termiteproof capability by using a physical method in which chemical is not sprayed and which is safe to the body of the user. SOLUTION: In this external heat insulating structure of the foundation concrete which is disposed on the outside of the foundation concrete and has an existing heat insulator, slits extending in the peripheral direction are formed in the existing heat insulator so as to reach the outer surface of the foundation concrete. A filling heat insulator having termiteproofness is fitted into the slits. A liquid hardener is filled in the gaps between the existing heat insulator, the foundation concrete, and the filling heat insulator. The liquid hardener has termiteproofness.
