PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause deterioration in the adhesion between a plastic base material film and an inorganic oxide layer when a film formed by laminating other resin film or the like on the plastic base material film on which the inorganic oxide layer is formed is stored under high temperature high humidity environment for a long period. SOLUTION: The highly adhesive transparent gas barrier film includes: the plastic base material film; a primer layer containing a polyurethane based resin, a nitrogen atom-containing component and a silicon atom-containing component formed on one main surface of the base film; and the inorganic oxide layer formed on the primer layer by a gas phase deposition method. The highly adhesive gas barrier laminated body is obtained by using the highly adhesive transparent gas barrier film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
