<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management system for presenting even a file having indirect dependency as a relevant file. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair file recording means 101 records the file identification information of a plurality of files whose creation or change time has a difference which is within a prescribed time as a pair. A pair file presentation means 103 receives the file identification information of a file to be processed, and checks a file making a pair with the file to be processed by referring to the pair file recording means 101, and presents the information of the file making a pair with the file to be processed.
