The invention relates to a drive device for a water vehicle, comprising a hub (20), for fixing in a bicycle frame (12) in place of a back wheel at a first end of the drive device (18) and a boat propeller (50), at a second end of the drive device (18) opposite the first end for the drive device (18) and connected to the hub (20) by means of a drivetrain (60, 62, 65, 66, 68, 70) such that the propeller (50) can be driven by the hub (20). The drive device (18) is may be pivoted about the hub (20) such that the drive device (18) may be pivoted about a first pivot axis (D4) when the drive device (18) is mounted on a bicycle frame (12). The drive device (18) has a housing (44) for fixing a retainer rod (26) by means for which the drive device(18) can be connected to at least one float body (22) and the housing (44) has a pivot joint defining a second pivot axis (D3) in order to pivot the drive device (18) relative to the retainer rod (26). |
