The objective is to increase the wear-resistance with respect to uneven wear which is required when a PTFE series sliding material formed by impregnating the porous sinter layer of a back metal surface with PTFE and then firing the same, and in which a fibrous PTFE and additionally in some cases a solid lubricant or a wear-resistant additive or both are impregnated, is used as a bearing for an air conditioner. An oligomer or a polymer carbide (2) is mixed into the tangled structure of a fibrous PTFE (1).
