<p>Disclosed is a character string processing system wherein an operator can entry a character string into a space box for entry of a character string without manually operating a keyboard or the like, and thereby operation labor burden is reduced. A character string processing system (S) has a PC terminal (1) having a keyboard (105) and a display section (106) which can display a plurality of space boxes for entry of character strings, and a tag reader (2) connected with the PC terminal (1) and reads out information from a wireless tag (T), wherein the tag reader (2) is equipped with a device antenna (201), and an input unit command extraction section (210) which acquires a character code for entry of a character string into at least one of the plurality of space boxes and a switching key code for switching the entry of character strings into the plurality of space boxes from the wireless tag (T), and the PC terminal (1) is equipped with the clip board (103a) of a memory (103), a character input control section (113), a key input control section (112), and an input unit command processing section (111) for the entry of the acquired switching key code.</p> |
