PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus and the like which can prevent a job form being made to wait for execution and or being delayed in finish caused by the shortage of a resource. SOLUTION: A consumed resource amount calculation unit 11 calculates a resource amount to be consumed if a job is executed and calculates a resource amount necessary for executing the job by each resource as standardization information based on the calculated resource amount. A consumed resource amount information storage 21 stores the resource amount, and a server specification standardization information storage 22 stores the standardization information, respectively. When the executed job is further executed, a job input server selection unit 12 retrieves an executable resource based on the standardization information, and if a resource retrieval means has determined the absence of the executable resource, determines whether or not a resource can be added newly.
