<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data for supporting execution propriety decision or the like of a project based on a cost estimation value of project deliverables. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to a risk event parameter set that is a set of risk event parameters each indicating a degree of an estimation risk of each of a plurality of estimation risk events, similarity between the risk event parameter set of a plurality of past projects and a risk target parameter set of a target project is obtained (S41-S43), the past projects of upper N pieces in the similarity with the target project are extracted from the plurality of past projects (S44), a cost deviation of the cost estimated value of the target project is obtained from a past record value and the cost estimated value of each of the N pieces of the past projects (S45, 46), cost fluctuation information is created based on the cost deviation of the target project (S47), and the cost fluctuation information is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
