PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film and a laminate in an economical and productive way which has excellent adhesion to a polyvinyl butyral layer. SOLUTION: The coated film is characterized by having a coated layer which is formed by applying a coating liquid containing a polyester resin (A), an oxazoline group-containing polymer (B), and an epoxy compound (C) and drying it, on one side of the polyester film; and the laminate is characterized by having a polyvinyl butyral layer on the coated layer of the coated film.
