PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine wherein a variety of game machine components such as a game panel can be attached with a compact fastener device requiring a small installation space. SOLUTION: The game machine includes the fastener device A. The fastener device includes: a body member 13 vertically raised on an installation surface 6b where a game machine component 7 is attached; a slide member 14 which is placed on one side surface and slides to the installation surface along the side surface in the vertical direction; a first link member 15 which is placed outside the slide member 14 and one end of which is pivoted on the slide member 14; a second link member 16 which is placed outside the slide member 14, one end of which is pivoted on the other end of the first link member 15 and the other end of which is pivoted on the body member 13; an resilient means 21 which is provided at the body member 13 and normally urges the slide member 14 in the direction opposite to the installation surface; and an engagement member 17 which is provided at the body member 13, is engaged with the slide member 14 when the slide member 14 slides in the direction of the installation surface against an resilient force of the resilient means 21, and cancels the engagement from outside.
