PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for making an appropriate circuit design according to services.

SOLUTION: A POS data disclosure type service management device 102 includes: a session information collecting unit 11 for collecting session information containing a start time and an end time of a session established between a terminal and a server through a communication network and provider identification information of the server; a service management data base 12 for storing the collected session information; and a data disclosure processing unit 13 for output of the stored session information based on the provider identification information for each provider.
