PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker for making the most of thermal energy of a heater and obtaining high conversion efficiency of water droplets to steam. SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a case body having a cooking chamber and a machine chamber; a fan for sending air to the cooking chamber through an air blowing port formed on a partition plate for partially partitioning the cooking chamber and the machine chamber; the heater surrounding the fan; a dropping device for dropping liquid; and a diffuser panel arranged within the fan, rotated together with the fan and converting droplets supplied from the dropping device to a fog state.
