<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inclination of an electronic component on a circuit board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an electronic apparatus with a connector fixed on one-side surface of a circuit board includes: an arrangement step of arranging, on a mounting object surface of the circuit board 101, a connector 102 in which the center of a mounting surface for being surface-mounted on the circuit board 101 is deviated from its center of gravity and a nut 103 is embedded; a tentative fixation step of tentatively fixing the nut 103 embedded in the connector 102 from the other-side surface on the side opposite to the one-side surface of the mounting object surface by magnetic force of a magnet 602 in a state where the mounting surface comes into contact with the one-side surface of the circuit board 101; and fixation step of fixing the connector 102 on the circuit board 101 using a screw 104 while the connector 102 is tentatively fixed on the circuit board 101.
