<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly start communication to other radio device stations that do not have communication established. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A radio device 16 is used for a communication system which mutually communicates with a plurality of radio device stations via a relay station. The radio device receives a signal transmitted by other radio device stations by a receiving section 4 and a controller 6 and extracts identification information and control information on other radio device stations and relay stations from the received signal and stores them. The controller 6 discriminates the transmission source of the identification information based on the extracted control information; generates a communication frame based on the identification information to the effect that the other radio device station is a transmission source; and transmits communication by transmitting the communication frame via a transmission section 3 and an antenna 1.
