<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly supply ice-making water to an ice-making face of an ice-making plate with respect to an ice-making water sprinkler supplying the ice-making water to the ice-making plate of a flow-down type ice making machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ice-making water sprinkler 32 includes a receiving section 33 disposed at an upper part of the ice-making plate 18 and receiving the ice-making water pumped from an ice-making water tank 26, a supply section 34 protrudedly formed at a lower part of the receiving section 33 to face to the ice-making face 22a of the ice-making plate 18, and communicated with the receiving section 33, and a water sprinkling section 35 disposed on a side face of the supply section 34 facing to the ice-making face 22a of the ice-making plate 18 for sprinkling the ice-making water toward the ice-making face 22a.
