<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure reinforcing structure that can improve the proof stress of a concrete structure with a sufficient reinforcing effect and having a high economical effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure for a circular fireproof water tank 1 composed of a top section 10 including a manhole section 40 that allows passing of an ordinary person who goes in and out of a water storage space 1a, a sidewall section 20 and a bottom section 30 and installed underground, is composed of a top reinforcing sheet 60a stuck to a top lower face 10a of the top section 10; a sidewall reinforcing sheet 60b stuck to an inside surface 20a of the sidewall section 20; reinforcing concrete 80 stuck to the bottom section 30; and reinforcing posts 70 supporting the top section 10 from the bottom section 30.
