<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for promoting oral health by preventing and treating an oral disease by teethtraining for strengthening oral immunity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The teethtraining is attained as follows. A substance with appropriate compression strength and elasticity to give a stimulation to teeth without damaging tooth enamel is strongly bitten between upper teeth and lower teeth, stimulation is generated in the teeth and a gum tissue to promote a salivary flow and a blood circulation in a mouth, and a tooth tissue and the gum tissue are made to be firm to enhance the oral immunity and to prevent and treat the oral disease.
