<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a welded wire with flux core which secures the roundness of the welded wire with flux core and improves supplying property without affecting the supplying property of the wire wound back and delivered during welding work to a welding machine even though a diameter is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The welded wire with small diameter flux core is continuously manufactured by using a material being an elongated hoop iron formed by allowing ends in the longitudinal direction of hoop irons 1, 1 to be sequentially abutted and connected with each other by welding. Direction of burrs 2, 2 generated by shearing of a steel plate and extended over the longitudinal direction of the hoop irons 1, 1 at the ends in the width direction of the hoop irons 1, 1 is directed above the respective hoop irons 1, 1 to be connected. The ends in the longitudinal direction of the respective hoop irons 1, 1 are abutted and connected with each other by welding, and the burrs 2, 2 are not present toward the outside of the welded wire with small diameter flux core.
