PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of conveniently selecting a peptide indicating the desired bonding efficiency to a magnetic material when the peptide bonded to the specific magnetic material is screened from a candidate peptide group, to provide a screening kit for implementing the screening method, and to provide the magnetic material with a fluorescent property. SOLUTION: The candidate peptide group including the peptide labeled by using a fluorescent material is screened.
