PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make impact absorption performance in side collision and strength as an arm rest compatible, and to also satisfy weight reduction and excellent touch. SOLUTION: A rib 11 of a honeycomb shape for dividing a plurality of rhombus spaces 12 penetrating through front and back sides is formed on a core material 1 and a cross section shape of the rib 11 is made to an upwardly projected curved cross section shape.
