PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain efficient software development. SOLUTION: (a) In a development device 1, an arithmetic processing unit 13 of the development device 1 generates a native first binary code from a source code 21 ; and (b) in the development device 1, the arithmetic processing unit 13 of the development device 1 executes first binary code. (c) In the development device 1, when a predetermined call in the first binary code is executed, a remote call corresponding to the call is transmitted to an image forming apparatus 2. (d) In the image forming apparatus 2, a control part 73 is operated, upon the receipt of the remote call, according to the remote call, and (e) its operation result is transmitted as a return value of the remote call to the development device 1.
