An artificial knee replacement prostheses with an anterior cruciate ligament reserved or reconstructed, have a tibia table holder and a pad (20). The tibia table holder includes a table (30) and a fixedly attaching construction which fixedly attaches the table (30) and the tibia. The pad (20) has a passage for the anterior cruciate ligament (25) to pass through. A bore (31) running through the up and the below surfaces of the table (30) of the tibia table holder, and an anti-secede structure preventing the implanted bone blocks from secession, are provided on the tibia table holder. The size of the bore (31) is suitable for the anterior cruciate ligament (25) to be implanted and the bone attached thereto to pass through.
